Length-of-stay pricing built in
The AI central system for extended stays
Weekly and monthly stays, billed and managed correctly next to nightly ones.
Recurring billing on schedule
Occupancy across long calendars
Long stays need a different rhythm
A guest who stays six weeks is billed differently, cleaned differently and priced differently from one who stays a night. Axis Pro models both on the same calendar, so weekly rates, mid-stay cleans and monthly invoices happen on schedule.
Invoices on the date, not on memory
Set a weekly or monthly billing cycle per stay and the system raises the invoice, charges the card on file and records the payment. Balances stay visible on the reservation.
- Recurring invoices per stay with the guest's card on file
- Deposits, utilities and extras on the same folio
- Overdue balances flagged before check-out day

Rates that reward the long stay
Length-of-stay pricing applies automatically: 7 nights get the weekly rate, 30 the monthly one. The direct booking site quotes the right price without a call.
- Weekly and monthly rates per unit type
- Minimum stays by season and channel
- Nightly and long-stay inventory on one calendar

Check-in
Longer stays collect ID, lease-style terms and a card on file up front, then the guest settles in.
