How is pricing calculated?
Up to 9 units, Axis Pro costs $129 per month. From 10 units the price follows your unit count. Every plan is billed month to month, and the more units you manage, the lower the price per unit.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you are not happy with Axis Pro, the onboarding or anything else, tell us within your first 30 days and we refund your payment in full, right away.
How do Kai credits work?
Kai, the business copilot, runs on monthly credits. You pick a Kai plan inside Axis Pro (Starter, Professional or Business), the credits arrive right away and renew every month. Each question to Kai uses some credits, so a plan covers roughly the number of questions shown on its card.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding and data migration are included; we confirm the details in your proposal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time as your operation changes.
Is there a minimum contract?
Plans are flexible; we walk you through the terms in your proposal.
What counts as a unit?
Any room, home, bed or space you sell. Your total units decide which plan fits you.
Are all modules included?
Yes. PMS, channel manager, payments, AI Co-Manager, Spaces and the Open API ship in every plan. Guest communications and digital check-in are the two optional add-ons, and the calculator above shows their prices.
Does the guest communications add-on include the messages?
The add-on covers the connection: every channel in one inbox, with automated messages. Axis Pro does not bill individual messages. WhatsApp messages are charged by Meta and SMS by the mobile networks, at rates that depend on the country and the type of message.
How does the digital check-in add-on work?
Before arrival, each guest opens a link on their phone, scans their ID or passport, takes a selfie that is matched to the document with a liveness check, and their details land in the reservation. Axis Pro charges $1 per guest who completes the verification, billed monthly; guests who skip it cost nothing. Checks run on a certified identity partner (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, iBeta Level 1 liveness) with data processed in the EU under the GDPR and Spain’s LOPDGDD, and operating under the data protection laws of Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Peru.
How much do smart locks cost?
Smart locks cost $3 per connected lock per month, the same price whether you connect one lock or five hundred. Axis Pro works with TTLock: every reservation gets its own door code, sent to the guest and removed at check-out. The TTLock app is free; each lock needs a TTLock gateway or built-in Wi-Fi so the codes can reach it.
Do you charge per booking or per channel?
No. You pay per unit, and connecting more channels or taking more bookings costs nothing extra.
Is onboarding included?
Yes. We import your data and connect your channels as part of getting started.
What happens if I add units later?
Your price adjusts to the new unit count from the next billing cycle. Nothing else changes.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans run month to month, and your data stays yours to export whenever you need it.
